Lausanne’s Institute of Political, Historical and International
Studies. Prior to that, he was an IHL Reference Librarian at the
ICRC Library. He has also worked at the ICRC Law and Policy
Forum and at the IHL and human rights sections of the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.
