Rubenstein, JD, is Senior Scholar and Director of the Program on Human Rights, Health and Conflict at the Center for Human Rights and Public Health of the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He is also Chair of the Safeguarding Health in Conflict Coalition. Before joining Johns Hopkins, Mr. Rubenstein served as President of Physicians for Human Rights.
