Kenneth Ögren holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Uppsala (Sweden). He has attended the Warsaw Course on International Humanitarian Law, organized by the Polish Red Cross and the ICRC. He has also served with UNIFIL and with the Swedish Field Hospital during the Gulf War.
