Jesús Martínez (El Salvador) is an anti-personnel mine survivor and an activist for the rights of persons with disabilities and conflict survivors. He is a member of the Human Security Network in Latin America and the Caribbean (Red Seguridad Humana en América Latina y el Caribe, SEHLAC), the International Campaign to Ban Landmines, the Cluster Munition Coalition and Latin American Network of Persons with Disabilities and Survivors of Antipersonnel Mines and Explosive Remnants of War.
