Ismael Raboud holds an MA in international relations and an
MS in information science. He joined the ICRC Library in 2007,
where he currently occupies the position of Reference Librarian
for the collections related to both the Diplomatic and
International Conferences, as well as the State Practice
collection. He also oversees the digitization and preservation
activities of the Library. Prior to that, he worked at the
Decentralised Cooperation Programme of the United Nations
Institute for Training and Research.
