Cedric Cotter is a Law and Policy Researcher at the ICRC. He worked for the organization in various positions at headquarters before joining the University of Geneva as a Research Associate, where he got his PhD in history in 2016. He has published on various issues related to the history of humanitarian action, and is currently working on the “IHL Impact” initiative for the Law and Policy Forum at the ICRC.
