Biannual update, July to December 2012
The biannual update on national legislation and case law is an important tool in promoting the ex-change of information on national measures for the implementation of international humanitarian law (IHL). The ICRC was entrusted with this task in a resolution adopted by the 26th International Conference of the Red Cross and RedCrescent in 1995.
